Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kiwiana.iconic@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days.
Delivery timelines
Orders are produced and shipped within the timeframes shown at checkout.
Return and refund request windows do not expire before a customer receives their item.
