My Kiwiana Iconic Store is the ONLY AUTHORISED SELLER of this unique product!
Your “New Zealand Kiwi” product comes with a 30-DAY GUARANTEE. You never have to worry when you do business with Kiwiana Iconic; I stand by my products 100%.
- NO cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds. I will replace your item if
damaged or defective. I require a photo of the damage before I can refund or
replace your product.
- As always, please contact me if you have any questions or concerns via email prior
to purchasing your product at: kiwiana.iconic@gmail.com
- All emails will be answered within 24-48 hours.
- Information cannot be revised after I submit it for production. Please verify
and double check all information prior to submitting your order.
- IMPORTANT: If you are not completely satisfied, please allow me the opportunity
to make it right before leaving negative feedback.
- My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Contact me and I will do everything in my power
to correct the issue.

Shipping
- Since everything in my store is made to order, some orders ship out quickly and some
take a bit longer to make.
- I will send out a confirmation email when you place your order and when your order is
shipped you will receive a tracking number.
- Products normally take about 2.6 business days to process BEFORE shipping out (longer
during holidays)
- The shipping address listed on your order is where it will be shipped. Please make
sure this information is correct before placing your order.
