Your “New Zealand Kiwi” product comes with a 30-DAY GUARANTEE. You never have to worry when you do business with Kiwiana Iconic; I stand by my products 100%.
- NO cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds. I will replace your item if
damaged or defective. I require a photo of the damage before I can refund or
replace your product.
- As always, please contact me if you have any questions or concerns via email prior

- All emails will be answered within 24-48 hours.
- Information cannot be revised after I submit it for production. Please verify
and double check all information prior to submitting your order.

Shipping
- Since everything in my store is made to order, some orders ship out quickly and some
take a bit longer to make.
