- Since everything in my store is made to order, some orders ship out quickly and some take a bit longer to make.

- I will send out a confirmation email when you place your order and when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

- Hoodies normally take about 1-2 business days to process BEFORE shipping out (longer during holidays)

- The shipping address listed on your order is where it will be shipped. Please make sure this information is correct before placing your order.

- NO cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds. I will replace your item if damaged or defective. I require a photo of the damage before I can refund or replace your hoodie.
